Have you ever wanted to write about wrestling? Have you written in the past and are now looking to get back into things? Consider joining the NEARFALLS team!
At NEARFALLS you can basically write about anything you want, as much or as little as you’d like. The focus of the site is wrestling in general. If there’s something that could be construed as offensive or unnecessarily negative, it may be pushed back – but we will never do so without also giving a reason.
NEARFALLS was started to support those that want to talk about wrestling, and it stays that way today. Whether it’s a place to host your work featuring advice and support from myself, or help with something bigger like launching a podcast/writing a book I’m personally happy to take time to help you do that.
We are not a big site. I cannot promise you the world, but I can promise you an editor that can honestly say he’s trying.
To help me do this, I ask that we keep articles at a maximum of 1200 words for features (ideally around 600) and max 500 words for news pieces. As the only editor on the site currently, these limits help me make sure I can support everyone equally and ensure the work going out there is the best it can be.
